I'm Lauren, owner + designer of Salt at Shoal Bay and co-designer + manager of The Ambers at Port Stephens.
I love creating beautiful spaces and sharing my passion for design. With almost two decades of hands-on experience in design, renovation, building, and curating bespoke holiday properties, I’ve found the most rewarding part is helping others cut through the overwhelm, simplify the process, and discover joy in their own projects.
